My engine light was on on my 96 so I hooked it up to obd2 reader threw the o2 sensor code. Couple days later light went off. Any ideas why? Also the truck came with new gearbox idle arms pitman arm adjusting sleeve and tie rods how can I determine if all this needs changes or just the pump or lines/hoses? There is a build up of fluid on the lines reservoir and underneath that. But also the cover coming off the steering shaft to the gearbox has a crack in it. There is some play in the steering but not to excess and it’s normal no tightness whatsoever.
