Got my trans and diff fluid flushed yesterday, what a difference. Used to lag hardcore between on acceleration (especially on cold starts), now it feels perfect, no lag whatsoever. Definitely a good use of $180 :D

Sorry for the late reply, its the 10 pin on the backside of the fusebox right between the driver door and the dash. You have to remove the driver knee panel on the left of the steering column for easy access, then you should be able to see it from the front through the cutout.

Was your unit making a series of tapping noises upon startup?

I'm 99.9% sure its the blend door actuator. I ordered one from Rockauto.com, $135. Make sure you order the one with auto climate control, there's 2 different types and the cheaper one doesn't do the Auto Clim. Screw taking it to the dealer, I'm going to install myself. Apparantly you can get...

IMO the BB tune is the better return on your investment if you're just going to do one of the mods (more power, smoother shifting, better MPG). The CAI is an easy install, took me about 45 min and you can pick one up at most auto parts stores. Try to do both.

Just running a K&N CAI, Flowmaster exhaust, and a Scan Cable Tune From Blackbear. Plus I'm only running 20's, I drive 65 on the highway, and I try not to accelerate too hard. Driving habits are most of it IMO. The tune made the biggest difference of all the mods.

Wow, that looks really good. I dont know too much about the powdercoating color choices, do they have pretty much every color? My yukon is dark graphite metallic

Anybody done this? I don't like the chrome side molding and chrome bumpers, want to paint them to match the body but I know theres an issue with flaking when painting chrome trim. Any of you guys painted or found another alternative?

So I thought i had it fixes, but now its gotten worse than before. Now every time I start the truck (whether the AC is on or not), I get about 40-45 klacks instead of 3. And the air only blows through the defroster vents now, no upper or lower vents are pushing anything. This thread's been up...
