Uggh, I hope not. Retro is so played out. If I wanted a car that looked like and older model, I'd buy the older model. The new camaro is nice though.
As for bland looking GTO's........what do you think the original ones were?
The were nothing but a Tempest (blander than bland) with a giant...
My tahoe is actually me "beater" so i park as close as I can and enjoy it without having to worry about who's going to put a ding, dent, or scratch on it since it has plenty of those already.
My other cars though, that's a whole other story. I won't even let the gas attendants put gas in them...
Many people think it was due to poor sales because of the obvious (they sold poorly due to under-advertisement and rediculous dealer mark-ups at first) but Lutz had planned from the get-go for them to only be a three year run....nothing more
Yes, the radiator was perfect quality and it comes with a lifetime warranty. It's been in for a few months now and it's working like a charm! I saved A LOT of money by doing it myself as well.
Dealership wanted over $700......just crazy.
Not necessarily. What I learned through this whole experience is, if it ain't broke don't fix it. I had the coolant flush done and that's when all of my problems arose.
I use a product called Liquid Ice by Turtle wax....it's an all around synthetic wax which can be used on anything although I've found it to suck on the actual paint, however it works WONDERS on all plastic and rubber, especially if you need to take old wax marks off the plastic.
If you don't...
Mine is doing the same thing, but on all speeds. I don't know where the fan is located in this truck but I once had to take out one in a grand prix and it was behind the glove box to lube it and the sound went away.
So I figured I'd share my dumb moment of the weekend:
Got the new radiator shipped to my house on Friday. Took the old one out...put the new one in and realized that the engine oil cooler lines are too big to fit in the holes on the radiator.
I freak out (can't call the company until...
I don't know how the toahoe works but I know most of GM's new cars, it's virtually impossible to do this. Even if you get a new gauge cluster, the mileage is still stored in the computer. I also believe you can go to jail for doing this as well
