:Chevy: Man Im not sure what all the bigg deal is with a little whistling. For 5hp more and better gas mileage, id listen to a fat lady sing all day. But go ahead and dog it if you will. bottom line is i will smoke your nonwhistling tahoe if you run up on this beast the wrong way.
uh...says right on the box...if its whistling its working...
But yeah mine whistles too. suppose too. Also helped with 5hp on the dyno test so id say not a bad investment for 95 bucks.
guys im looking at ebay for some 6.5 component speakers and wondering if anyone knows which ones will fit my 97 tahoe? thanks... ive got alpine sps something in the rear 2 doors (its a 4 door). thanks again
not even close to a paperweight ....this thing actually helps with the hp and a little on the gas. ive done a little research and found that it is quite helpful for any tahoe with the 5.7 vortec. you should shell out the measly 95 bucks and enjoy it....
Guys help me out here. I just got my airaid tbi spacer but wondering if it helps or hurts gas mileage. I no it helps with torque and horsepower but what about the big bad gas?? thanks again
yeah looks tight. real tight. im in the process of adding a decent set of 16s to my beast with some bf goodrich t/a ko tires....285/75/16..getting ready to lose the stock railguards..had no choice i took out a stop sign last weekand after a few shots of the rumple:cryin: . But anyhow, real nice...
hook it up to what in the head unit? the other power antenna wire or too the postive wire? man please hurry the nice weather is here and id like to figure this out
it was the abs motor. but i also went ahead and put on new rotors, pads, and the wheel sensors. i dont mess around with my tahoe. thanks again for the help everyone.
:skep: :skep: ok heres the situation...went to the baseball game the other day. stop and go traffic all the way into the parking lot. Everytime i would start to come to a complete stop the brakes would lock up. also made the abs sould like a clicking or something. no abs lights came on or are on...
no difference except maybe the quality of craftsmanship when made. is this yukonforum.com or tahoeforum.com...no bigg deal dont get your panties in a knot pimpin
thought this was a tahoe forum:thumbsup: not a yukon forum:bs:
next time buy a chevy and you might save all some of those trips to the auto parts store....
