Rear AC has not been blowing cold and we have replaced the blend door actuator once before on 2005 Tahoe. Thinking it was the same issue, I removed panels and disconnected actuator only to have the blend door shaft fall out of the overall AC unit. Apparently, that is the piece causing my issue...

I have a 2005 Tahoe with 107K miles on it. Recently, it has been vibrating when accelerating and shifting between 20 to 30 miles per hour but then levels out after that. Transmission fluid levels are good and it does not vibrate like it is a tire or alignment issue. Anyone else have this happen?
