I have 1997 Tahoe and whenever I cut the HVAC blower on the the air coming out the vents stops flowing. Basically I can hear the flap close after a few seconds. When I cut the blower off the flap opens. So I thought it was the In-dash climate control switch and after spending $120 on a new one...
