no, I have no voltage on that pin when in reverse. I do have 12 volts on both fuse posts under the hood. What could be causing this?

good luck finding a keyed (+12v acc) fuse, I spent hours and tested them all. I ended up tapping into the only one I could find near the left side of the brake pedal. I have my GPS and V1 hooked into it. I can send pics if you'd like.
backup lamps on 2007 Tahoe
I can't seem to get the backup lamps (center pin of the 7-pin round plug) to work which disengages the disc brakes when I'm in reverse.
I've tried connecting the 2 red/black wires under the hood, and still no luck.
