HID
Which would be better, those or the DDM site ones? "legality aside" which is best bang for the buck and throws good light. I've been flying in circles wondering which investment is best. 2005 tahoe with stock housing.
HIDs
What is street legal for HID's installments? I see those D1R bulbs on DDM site and or kits, but with a factory light housing will the installment be legal???
55w in low and 35 in fogs, but will i need a reflective housing.
chimes
Do you have the optional CM1 chime module ??www.pac-audio.com/instructions/os2bose%20(2-23-07).pdf
check out the link. http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1113&hl=green+wire
Talks about a green wire under the fuse box or steering column to disable...
Tires
I haven't tried these, but from the looks and lbs for towing capacity they don't look too bad. I don't care for Firestone also, and they should have at the "least" replaced back with the Wranglers. All about $$$ when it comes to the company.:hook1: In the snow or mud I would guess they...
Cherry Bomb
I see, thanks. If you get the whole exhaust system and you have your spare tire underneath, is there mandrel bending good enough to fit around that and not hit the towing hitch too? I've had some where I have had to take to muffler shop and have them do some extra bending...
HIR's
Which is best or brighter, the HIR bulbs or PIAA Extreme White bulbs? The PIAA bulbs states they put out more light using less amperage? Has anyone ever tried those type, and if so any comments or recommendations other than?
Clunking
I havea 2005 Tahoe and it does a similar sound from either stop to 1st or 2nd or when i slow down to take a turn then start to speed up. Not sure if Tranny problem or something in the shaft. Dropping the tranny will cost me around $900, i only hope its not that.
Oil Light
I have a 06 Tahoe and it works both ways, gas pedal or control on steering wheel. Is there a difference?? I have never had my change oil light come on, I don't have the manual what is the percentage on the oil before it prompts you to change?
Fuel Filter
Going to replace mine very soon, amazing how quick those things can clog up, especially if your like me trying to save each precious drip and sucking gas from the bottom of the tank.
Any ideas on sparkplugs or better ignition sets?
Tires
I mostly do highway driving with a little offroad here and there in the summer, no mudding or anything aggressive. Those revo's don't look like they would tread water good. Was thinking around the Micheline brand, have used them before on my old tahoe. Has anyone used the LTX A/T2 tires...
RazorBack58
Recommend air intake that has enclosed box, any do the same thing but to name a few: Airaid, AEM, and Injen. Airaid offers some air intake tubes, so you can keep your factory box. I would seach online for best price. One thing if you keep your factory air flow sensor, is to gently...
