brake issue
You need a new brake booster. If you want to test it block off the vacuum line going to the booster, then push the brake pedal to hear if the whooshing noise goes away.

After the 3 steel lines were run just pass the rear shock I flared them so when the rubber lines were clamped on they could not come off. Next I used a ratchet strap to hold the tank up part way to allow enough room to make the connections
