If recommend and 2/3 drop with shock extenders to keep the autoride. If shocks aren't holding air they probably have some small holes and need to be replaced. Then put some bigger sway bars on it.
If it is keys then that's probably one of the reasons it rides rough. Spindles always ride better than keys. Do you have shock extenders in the rear? Or are you running different shocks? Also if you haven't already I would cut your bumpstops in half and reinstall it will give you rear more...

To answer your question you could go with a 2/3 drop and be just fine and keep all your factory air ride any lower I believe you will have to remove the air ride for lowering shocks

Love mcguaphys products this kit is extremely nice only complaint is when first installed the rear sat a little to high, bought shock extensions and removed the rubber isolators...
