My brother in law has a 2011 Silverado Z71 and he seems to have an issue with the electrical system...Randomly when driving the airbag light will flash on, door locks will go nuts, and RPMs will go haywire. Attached is a video of it happening. Any ideas??? Below is a link to the video...

I had this same problem. Cruise would work intermittently and sometimes not engage at all. The Brake Light Switch was narrowed down as the issue. I bought an ACDelco off Amazon and took 30-45 min replacing. Switch is located on the brake pedal and here is a good video that helped me...
