tahoe I would first decide what model you would like LT or LTZ. The LTZ has the Z 55 Auto ride suspension which is nice until it comes time for strut replacement. Although GM offers a lifetime guarantee on the replacements. Front struts will run over a 1000 dollars installed. Food for thought...

I just purchased a 07 with 115K for 19K Seems like allot but we have a 2000 Z71 purchased with 4K miles which now has 220K. Besides battery, alternator, fuel pump ( tank) and water pump, no other problems. Great vehicle. Sounds about right but check NADA first.

I use a piece of carpet 4 X 4 piece instead of rag or brush to clean dirt out of the grain in the leather. The fibers get in the grain without damaging the leather. I would never use simple green. Use a cleaner made for leather.

Never heard of any hurting the paint or streaking.

Aren't they clear coated? A cleaner wax like Meguires should work fine.
