I was looking for the already shaped door skins, I've had to shape steel by hand before. I'll probably fiberglass and bondo the hole until I can afford the new panel and have it done right. But that'll at least stop the rust from progressing further. Appreciate the link though, never know...

Just got my first Tahoe '99 with 160k very good mechanically, got some body repair, nothing too bad previous owner did some sheet metal work. Frame and floors look real good. My years as a tech will come in handy. Great third vehicle for me (especially with these horrible New England winters...
