Just did my 07 Tahoe yesterday and I highly recommend using a air impact which I didn't have. Took me around 4 hours without and ended up heating the bolts to even get them broke loose since they have lock tight on them.

I have a 07 Tahoe LT and today the dash light for the PRND12 and the panel that shows mileage and tire pressure etc will come on when I start the vehicle but then will go out and I drive it for a little bit. Any ideas what I need to look at or where to start to fix this??

Same Problem I have a 2007 Tahoe, brake and turn signals work but when I have the headlights on I have nothing. Mine are not LED but thought it was my trailer lights and bought a new set and still have the same problem.

Hatch You will have to remove the interior trim panel on the hatch, all bolts are accessible once you remove it.

hatch I had a wire that was broke and shorting out on the rear hatch switch. I fixed mine by myself and took a couple hours but saved myself $400.00 if I would have taken it to the dealer.

Thanks Thanks for the help, I ended up having a broken wire in the switch that was a pretty easy fix. Drilling the hole and using a screw driver to open the rear lift gate worked great.

Just had the oil changed in my 07 Tahoe and the dealership said my transmission line seals are leaking. They tell me I have to replace the entire lines to repair this at $350.00. Can't you just replace the seals and not the lines?

I do not have a power liftgate so I do not have the button on my overhead console.

I had one made at the GM dealer and if I unhook the battery the new key will not work and have to re-teach it. Is this normal?
