Most of the lift kits I have been looking at for my 2000 LT Hoe says you can't run your factory wheels. The wheels need to have 4.5" back spacing. Has anyone put a lift on a 2000-2006 Tahoe and used their factory wheels ? Can I use wheel spacers to get at least 4.5" ? :confused:

I told the wife if I got rid of it and got something else there's no guarantee that it won't need a transmission and transfer case rebuild. At least with the old Hoe I know what I've got. I'm not car poor but the Tahoe is my daily driver/ beater.

LOL, I just logged on today for the same-ish reason. Mine is not working on 1,2 or 3. But 4 & 5 work fine. There's probly some kind of relay stuck under the dash somewhere but I'm not sure.

I just had my transfer case rebuilt, got it back Friday. I drove it to Indy this weekend for the NHRA Nationals and I tried to use the tow/ haul mode while going up some hills and it never changed my shift points nor did my little tow/ haul mode light come on on the dash. Anybody got any ideas...
