I would stay away from flex fuel. Gas milage is significantly reduced when running it. Regular unleaded is the best bet

There should be 2 random wires hanging in that location, you have 2 open studs in your fuse box under the hood, if you want to add a trailer brake you connect those 2 red wires to the available post in the fuse box and it sends power to the available wiring that is taped off under your dash...

I cant remember how the tahoes of that year were, but if its servo ativated front dif. Then i know excatly what the problem is. If its electric then i wouldnt know. Could you tell me if your front diff is servo or electric?

Did you ever try the quick lift with the 2 in spacers? If so i currently have 3in spacers and am curious if it will work.

I had 275-70's on a 08 sierra with a 1in front level. I assume it would be the same as a hoe or kon. No rubbing issues. However, there is a 3in front/rear level lift on amazon for $120. Installed the same level on my 09 hoe and it looks great. Getting ready to put some 33's on soon.
