Don't worry. My Bronco and Hummer did the same thing on dry pavement. But if I were you I'd look for some dirt somewhere and try it again just to make sure you don't have a problem.

Those things break off all the time. Mine haven't but from this forum sounds like the only fix is to replace the rear window. I've heard of some being soldered back on but it depends on the dealer you take it to.
There is no proper. Put on whatever look you like or according to how your gonna use your truck. If your going to go off road alot then put on an off road rim with some mudders or all terrains. If your mainly sticking to the street go that way.
I don't have any plans to take my Z71 off road...
Had a problem with my battery going dead a few months ago. Took it in and they found a faulty fuel pump relay switch sticking open draining the battery. Might have 'em take a look at it. Just FYI
