its the police prep package. your comment on onstar is correct. it is not part of the pacakge along with no DIC( but I installed the control) suspenison is different along with various wire harnesses and oth items not on a civilian tahoe

i'll have to look and see what the base model. It has the PPV package so I know a lot of things are different then a normal Tahoe.

I have a 2007 Tahoe provided to me from where I work. There is no antenna on the roof which begs the question. Is my radio XM equiped? Thanks

Our department has 15 on the streets 18 in make ready and 27 on order. we are moving our whole fleet over to tahoes. 156 when all is said and done. I have the joys of driving an unmarked unit
