The PIAA air dam for the GMT 400 Tahoe has long ago been discontinued. In fact, people are having a difficult time finding the PIAA air dam for the GMT 800 Tahoes since they discontinued them as well.
I wish I could help you find one for your vehicle, but I have no idea where any remaining...

The photographs are alright, a little blurry though. I am not a camera guy though so I can not give you any advice on how to improve. I could learn to take better pictures myself.

^^^ Last of the GMT 400 Tahoes manufactured, limited production numbers make it a rare find, paint and wheels exclusive to that vehicle, etc. If you know and love GMT 400 Tahoe, you are pretty much certain to love the Tahoe Limited.
I actually saw an all original Tahoe Limited today in traffic, it looked great! The paint on the Limited looks really good in person, much better than the paint on other Tahoe vehicles.

I agree with Rollin Thuder that you should go with 4300K or 6000K light temperature. 8000K and 9000K will appear too blue/purple and will diminish light output as well. Unless you prefer that appearance, the lower values will provide greater functionality.
GMT 800 Chevrolet Tahoe is the first generation that they offered third row seating as an option. This generation of Tahoe includes most 2000 vehicles and all 2001-2006 vehicles.
