    OEM pads have been lasting folks 80,000-100,000 miles. Rotors depend on how much salt they have on the roads... I just replaced mine after 130K... cost me $330 to do pads, rotors, and fluid. I wouldnt use anything other than OEM pads, and stay away from the cheap eBay/japanese/chinese rotors...

    bulbs? get your voltmeter out and see if there is power at the light when the switch is on.

    GM had a STB out to change the PS fluid to the Valvoline SynPower Synthetic power steering fluid.

    before you take the wheel off, jack the back end up, grab the tire at the top and bottom, and see if it rocks in and out from the body.... if it wobbles, its the hub... check both sides...

    2002 Chevy Suburban fuel gauge only reading 3/4 full

    did it used to go all the way up to full? could be the fuel pump/sending unit... located in the gas tank... you basically have to take apart the entire rear end, drop the tank, replace the pump, and put it all back together.. correctly... since it doesnt sound like you are very mechanically...

    Tech: Quad beam headlight mod

    Did this on my '02 Z71... quick and easy for the lows to stay on with the hi beams. However, I was hoping that it would let me keep my fog lights on also, but it doesnt. Is there a similar way to get the fogs to stay on with the low and high beams?
