I have put "fiamm" air horns in almost all my cars over the years. They sound just like the ferrari horns (probably because fiamm supplies ferrari) and are very loud. They get peoples attention. Very simple install.

Ive got an 03 Yukon and when I hit the recirc button it blinks for a few seconds and then the light goes out. Im taking this to mean that the recirc isnt working properly since every other buttons light stays on when you push it. Anyone else have this issue?
