It has nothing at all to do with the tint. It happens sometimes to the '07 Tahoe I use at work....no tints! I have tints on my Yukon and have not had that problem......yet.

OK ,I'm a little confused here.(nothing new) I get the extended warranty for my 2008 Yukon which presently has 17k on it. If I get a 36 month /60K extension.... it starts now. I am about 18 months into my 36mo/36mi. dealer warrranty now.So really i'm paying for maybe only another 18 months...

I went with the WEATHERTECH molded mudguards on my '08 Yukon . They have saved many a rock chip this winter with all the snow/salt/gravel on the roads. They also keep the side clean. I don't have a good photo right now ,but may get one later today.

The dealer replaced the speaker without any questions. They didn't have any in stock so took one off an unsold in stock vehicle. Didn't think to order one when I made the apptmt. 2 days earlier, but the service guy was real good about it and had it done quickly so I didn't have to wait...

That's something I would be interested in. I tinted the fronts with 15% and at night it is a bit hard to see out clearly. I'm thinking of taking it off. I almost hit a curb the other day because I didn't see it (one of those parking lot seperaters)

Right!:) Went out today and it no longer makes that noise. I'll keep an eye (or ear )on it for now. Set the audio to just the left front but it sounds fine :ktoe: now. May still be a problem though. I'm sure it will sound great at the dealership:rolleyes2:

Have you seen the Yukon or Tahoe? Absolutely no room in back with the third seat in. This is why I went with the XL. No dogs anymore but 3 kids and that extra room is good everyday and great on long trips:man:
