tire wear

My 2008 Tahoe was chewing up tires. They replaced a hub and I had it aligned. Bought new tires threw them on. Same problem. Every fourth knob on the inside of the tire is wearing. Chevy is saying alignment, Firestone is saying alignment dead on. What could it be???? Leson says shocks are AOK...
