I replaced the auto climate control with a brand new unit. The old one had the typical issue no longer adjusting the temp correctly.
With the new unit installed, it takes about 30sec for the gauges to start working after starting it. Did not act this way with the original. It also will randomly change the temp; i.e. it it's hot outside and the AC is on with temp set to 62, it'll blow cold for a short while then switch to full heat. Sometimes back and forth with the temp while driving.
I have done the 'reset' several times by disconnecting the battery for 15-20min, reconnecting the battery then waiting another 15-20min before starting it.
Any ideas?
