2004 Tahoe Dual Zone A/C problem

I have dual zone temp controls and I am having a problem when I run the A/C in my 04 Tahoe. At times, the driver's side starts blowing hot air and the temp control switch doesn't work. When this happens the passenger and rear zones are still blowing cold air. This problem goes away when I turn off and restart the engine. The passenger and rear zones have never had this problem. Only the driver's side. What could that be?

I am going to start a thread on this... So many people are having this problem and I have changed 3 of these blend actuators already... Check out the thread and I will title it AC Heat Problems.... This is your fix for sure.... I changed 2 that did this and problem solved.....
