HD, I know this is an old post, but did you ever resolve your issue. I have a problem with opening of the latch door. The tail lights flash, but the door will not unlock. I have replaced the door latch but that did not resolve my problem. I have checked the wiring harness at the hinge location of the door and it doesn’t seem like I can get it to work at that time either. Would you please let me know if you have resolved your issue is solved the same as mine. Jerry.Owners with 2000-2006 models that have had issues with the rear hatch lock not working correctly, what problems did you find to correct?
