2015 Tahoe stalls while turning steering

Hi,
I bought a used 2015 Tahoe LT. It stalls/stops while turning the steering. The more you turn, the more it gets harder to move. It happens in reverse mode also.

Today I switched to 2wd mode and able to turn easily. So the issue is only on 4wd mode

Anybody else faced this issue and possible solutions please.

The 4wd system is not designed to be able to turn the wheel sharp when on dry pavement in 4wd. This is normal and should be avoided.
