Day Time Head Lights work normally for months, then fail to work when Ebrake is released. Sometime they return to working correctly, other times lifting battery ground will return them to normal, but not always the first time ground is interrupted. Ck-Eng light off; only fault is P0463. This fault is recent. Day time headlights have been working/not-working for a few years.
