Adding third row seats

I am getting a 2017 police package Tahoe. They come with the third row seats deleted which means there are also no seat belts hanging from the ceiling like the normal 2016-2017 models have. Therefore I was hoping someone here would know if the older seats with the integrated (built into the seat) seat belts are a direct bolt in fit for the newer models.

picked up a 16 ppv as well and am loving the truck. I'm interested in this as well and havent found out if the jump seat third row is a direct bolt in fit. I know on older PPV tahoes (11-13) the bolt holes are filled and covered for the third row but havent pulled the rubber mat in the rear of my truck yet to see if this is the case on the new model PPV...
