The following may or may not work for you
http://www.cruizers.org/ddin.html
This is an install of a 2 din using the original radio's bottom plate as a mounting bracket, and it DOES require cutting of the dash.
I'm going to be trying this myself with a Sony XAV-601bt, when i can afford to buy it that is. unless you want to modify your dash yourself you are limited to 1dins, flip outs or these

The following is a write up of my own install for a double din unit in my truck i did over at gmfullsize.com, the red interior is my own and i may just have a big head about it but mine is one of the cleanest doubledin installs i've seen without having to hack the dash to hell and bondo everything like thedetailss kits require. It involves no cutting of the bezel below the head unit and the factory controls stay in place I play on adding this write up on this site as well once i get a few spare minutes http://www.gmfullsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=281894
