Brake fluid leak at or near the ABS Modulator Valve

Has anyone had a large brake fluid leak at or near the ABS Modulator Valve, mounted on the LH frame rail below the driver, 2000-2006 Tahoe? So far I can't tell if it may be a rusted line at that location, or if the actual ABS Modulator Valve is leaking. Has anyone seen one leak before?
