Buy an 08 SSV Tahoe?

I have an opportunity to buy an 08 SSV 4WD Tahoe with 78K miles. 5.3L LS engine. It is a white one that was in Federal Service in Texas. It drives super solid. Engine feels good. Exterior is an 8/10. Needs tires and a windshield. Interior is a 7/10 with scuffs from use. Air bag sensor needs replacing. Tire pressure monitor sensor needs replacing. Asking $13,800.

Thoughts?

I just bought a 14’ with 135k miles for 10k. With the 80k miles that seems to be a good deal. I love mine. It handles like a sports car. Fun to drive and people letting you over and giving you the ROW is a plus too . Good luck
