Check engine lite

Have a 1998 chevy tahoe 4wd 4 door 5.7l auto and I have a P0410 lite flashing. Checked and it says it's the smog pump but I don't have a belt driven pump. But there is a electric pump mounted where the spare battery would be. Is this the smog pump? Thanks for reading this and any help available
