Chevy Tahoe Code Fix

ive gotta 1999 chevy thane and I ran a code reader on it and got the codes P0141 P0161 and P0430. Can someone tell me what I can do to fix these codes and get my check engine light to stay off. could it be just it being a piece of crap?

The main symptom is the car will stall when it starts up longer than usual, my dad said it might be the catalytic converter or the fuel pressure. any fix would be great!

430 is a catalyst code - could be a vacuum leak, o2 sensor, exhaust leak or a coolant leak into the exhaust. If not those, then the converter.
