Coolant leakage

My 99 tahoe 2wd,5.7L vortec is leaking coolant into the oil. Is this a head gasket or an intake gasket?

Could be either. But easiest to check if the intake gasket is broken. Factory is plactic and rubber. Updated ones are steel and rubber. You can get the updated ones at any autoparts store. Much cheaper and better then the ones you can get at the dealer.
