Hoping someone can help me.
I recently broke the drivers side mirror in my 2008 Tahoe LTZ.
I ordered a new motor (Chevy OEM) and Mirror (Chevy OEM, gentex). I install everything exactly how the old parts came out and when I used the remote button on the inside of the door to adjust the mirror the side to side it moves the mirror opposite of what the button says. Assuming I put the motor in upside down, I took everything apart and flipped the motor over. When I tried the adjustment again, now the up and down were off (down was up and up went down). So no matter which way I mount the motor (only two ways possible) either the up and down is off or the side to side if off.
All connectors are plugged in correctly.
Any ideas on why this is and what I can do to fix it?
