Hello All
I have a 2000 Chevy Tahoe with 5.3L and I'm having a issue and can't seem to figure it out. I took it to get a smog and it wouldn't pass because the egr monitor was not complete. All the others are but not the egr. So I replace the egr and drove it a few days and checked it and still not complete. So I took it to a shop and the guy turned off all the monitors. I drove it for about 400 miles and brought it back to be checked. The monitor for the egr still not complete. This morning I was looking at my egr tubes and the one running down to the exhaust manifold seem really lose and was thinking maybe that's the issue but not sure. Any help would be great
