Hello. I'm new to this site. I have had electrical issues with my 99 Chevy Tahoe. I currently do not back lights, turn signals or brake lights. I have to drive with my lights on in order for me to have drive. Is there a way that I can get this issue fixed? The last mechanic that viewed it said I need to take it to the dealer to do the diagnostic testing. I am seeking your assistance and experience as to where this problem is one that is an issue with these same year trucks. I can also be contacted via email.

Turn signals and brake lights are related to the MFC switch (turnsignal switch), backup lamps AFAIK transmission switch? Have you checked the modules in the taillights where the bulbs plug in?
