Actually double check that there is no leaks from your intake. Most likely is that air is entering the intake stream after the MAF/IAT. check the clamp on the TB and those around the MAF. Essentially more air is coming into the engine than the MAF is accounting for therefore throwing off the Air-fuel ratio. Does it seem to hesitate or idle roughly?
Also make sure the MAF is absolutely clean, that can cause things to not work right. And to check to see if you have any air leaks, you can spray a little carb cleaner around some of the connection spots, if idle changes, then theres an air leak!!
