I have a 2000 Tahoe with the 5.7 V8, someone at some point before me had made an attempt at replacing sections of the fuel line and made a mess. With GM just finishing up their strike and 1 section of line being roughly $135 from the dealer and a whole kit being about $250 online, has anyone got any pointers or tips on replacing everything from the fuel pump to the lines coming down by the transmission with the nylon plastic lines and fittings?
