Hvac issues in car sensor blowing hot air

Hey guys. My 2013 Tahoe LTZ blows super hot air out of the In Car sensor, over the drivers head when the A/C is on. Why?? A/C Works left and right sides. In heat mode no heat comes Out of the drivers side but blows on the windshield. Any ideas how to diagnose and correct? Are the issues related? My eyeballs dry out from the heat. Thanks for your ideas.
