need part number for windshield washer hose

2003 Chev Tahoe - washer supply hose that runs inside the wiper arm has split. The parts sites that I have visited were real vague about that item. It's the passenger side but I would most likely want to replace both sides since I've got over 430K miles on this gal. Got to keep her in good running shape.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is part of the arm itself: 15829647 is the right side and the left side is 15829648. The GM parts are discontinued at GM but can get them at RA.
