Juat got a 03 tahoe last week and going through what electrical i can access, on the passenger side dash there is wiring behind a panel, what all do they do, i found what i believe is 2 wires coming from 1 of the harnesses, thats been cut, the 2 wires are dark green and light green, the only other wire coming from this harness is black and that wire looks intact.
