They have an improved crossover both in appearance and function. The tweeter has also changed to a metal housing and the mid got a few tweaks. The SD components are basically the old SA components.
Sundown SD3 10's are available now and 12's will be in late May. The SD3's are an upgrade from the SD2's in terms of sound quality and output, they are designed to work specifically for a sealed box only now
