old hands free phone

I recently purchased a 2000 LT Tahoe. It has an old hands free phone system that buzzes. I cannot find the fuse to kill the power to it. Any ideas?

Found out that its not a hands free phone system. Apparently it works with cilmate control system. There's a fan that buzzes. Take off cover and and blow out with canned air.
