Single Speed Transfer Case

Easy question, I think. The transfer case selector has a "4HI" mode. I pray that's a no-kidding 4WD mode....everything locked in and not depending on the computer to decide where to send torque. Is it? I'd assume "Auto" is the computer-controlled mode.

You are correct. 4WDH is four wheel drive while automatic allows the computer to decide when to engage four wheel drive.
