Tahoe / Front Tires stick out further than Rear Tires

I was wondering if this is standard on the Tahoes or not but I noticed that the front tires stick out further past the wheel well than the rear ones. Was that the way they were designed or does that only occur on the 2WD? Thanks!

Due to the knuckle design on the obs 1/2 ton trucks, newer trucks are the same but even the new 3/4 tons have a wider front track width. My 2wd tahoe had the fronts sucked in the same as the rear

Hey Boostaholic! Thanks for the response. The reason these questions have come up is because I was trying to figure out if the Fabtech 4" spindles I have on my 2WD are causing my fronts to stick out wider than the back.

Your ride looks good! What did you do to bring your wheels in on the front? Different offset on your front wheels?

They come that way, stock 2wd is the same or just slightly different width on the front and rear. Your spindle lift is giving you the wider stance, wider looks sweet on a prerunner tho.
