I have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe 4D 4X4. I was hoping to drain, flush, and replace the coolant. But I can't seem to find the drain valve. Can anyone help me find this thing? Thanks!

Okay. I've located the drain plug. It cannot be accessed or seen from underneath of the car. You have to remove the driver's side tire-well cover,
(alot of bolts) and then you can see it, and turn it by hand.

You mean drain plug under the block?
Usually you need to use the plug on the bottom of the radiator to drain.

I just flushed my radiator on my 98 Tahoe and the drain plug was on the bottom of the radiator on the drivers side. Hard to get to and I broke the small handle on it. I turned it and nothing came out, so I kept trying to turn it with pliers because I thought I hadn't turned it all the way. I removed the whole radiator and stuck a water hose on it and big chunks of rust and debris came out. It turns out I did have the drain valve open but nothing was coming out because it was clogged. Had to buy a replacement plug for $5 but my radiator is super clean now.
