MAF / throttle spacer - Worth the $$??

I was wondering if a MAF sensor (Granatelli or Jet) and/or a throttle body spacer would be good additions to my truck. I've see mixed reviews on other sites claiming that they do not give enough added performance for the money, but I wanted to get opinions here as well. Thanks!
