Connecting Aftermarket Nav to factory drop down monitor

for those who wants to integrate aftermarket Nav with factory rear seat entertainment, I have about 10 of interface cables (left overs) made by PAC. 100% plug and play with audio/video in and out cables

you still have any left. And to clarify this is a cable adapts an aftermarket navigation unit with the factory dvd drop down screen? You wouldnt happen to have the converter for the factory backup camera to work with an aftermarket nav?
